Account Verification After Login In HiSpin
HiSpin runs account verification after you sign in when it needs to confirm your identity, age, and payment ownership. The check is tied to KYC and anti-fraud controls and can appear as a request in your profile or as a restriction on withdrawals until documents are approved.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. HiSpin also triggers it when account details change, when a deposit method does not match the account holder’s name, when a new device or country is detected, or when the risk system flags unusual activity such as multiple failed login attempts or repeated chargebacks.
Most checks are manual and move only after you upload readable files. Blurry photos, cropped corners, mismatched names, and expired documents cause re-requests and delay withdrawals.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence; full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date must be visible; both sides required for an ID card or licence.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or council tax letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the name visible, or a bank/card statement showing the same last 4 digits; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and email/ID.
- Source of funds: Recent payslip, tax return, bank statement showing salary payments, or proof of business income; requested when deposit volume or patterns require an extra check.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID or a short video check if the system cannot match the document to the account data.
Once HiSpin approves the documents, the account status updates in the verification area and withdrawals unlock under the verified name and address. If any detail does not match, HiSpin asks for corrected files before processing a payout.
